Katy Perry is selling her Russell Brand love nest for $7 million
Katy Perry and Russell Brand might have finalized their divorce in July 2012, but the pop star is only now getting around to selling their Los Angeles mansion. The pair paid $6.5 million for the 1920s-era pad back in June 2011, and Perry is only looking to make a (relatively) small profit selling it two years later.
Zillow reports that Perry finally opened up the sale of her home to the public after trying to sell it under the radar for a while. The 3-acre property is listed for $6.925 million. Perry and Brand reportedly never lived in the home, as they planned to fix it up a bit and then live in it later.
The mansion in its current state still seems to be pretty impressive. The seven bedroom, 11 bathroom pad includes a four-room master suite. The house itself is 8,835-square-feet, while the property also includes a carriage house, two guest houses, a pool with a waterfall and a garden. It's located near Chateau Marmont right in the middle of West Hollywood, so if someone has a spare $7 million lying around, we'd recommend jumping all over this opportunity.
Perry and Brand also have an apartment in New York that they've been trying to sell for several years.
