The star and co-host Joan Rivers both tweeted the happy news that Kelly was healthy and back on the set.

The medical drama began on Thursday, March 7, when Osbourne had a sudden seizure in the middle of taping E!'s talk show, "Fashion Police." While a studio audience watched in concern, Kelly was quickly taken to the hospital to undergo testing. Her doctors determined the seizure to be a one-time incident and released the star to recover at home after five days.

On Wednesday (March 20), Osbourne announced her return to work with a post on Twitter:

"So happy I just got the all clear from my doctor to go back to work tomorrow!"

Her actual return was commemorated with a second tweet, this one from Joan Rivers:

"Welcome back Kelly!"

This post was accompanied by a photo of Rivers and Osbourne hugging on the set.

A return to her show isn't the only sign that Kelly Osbourne is feeling better. She followed-up her day at "Fashion Police" with a press event in Amsterdam on Friday (March 22), tweeting:

"I'm so excited to be here it's not even funny!"
