Kid President explores life after Beyonce in 'Declaration of Awesome'
Kid President: Meeting the President was so cool because he showed me his office. And Beyonce. Was. Awesome. I wanted to interview really cool people that would give me good advice on being a kid and creating cool stuff with Brad [Montague, brother-in-law and co-creator of Kid President].
What have you done as Kid President that you're most proud of?
Socktober was really cool because we had lots of people around the world donating clothes and food and supplies to their local homeless shelters. Now we're doing something this summer with ConAgra Foods and they are making sure kids have a hunger free summer. People just need to watch our video!
What is your biggest hope for the new TV series?
I really want more people to just be reminded of how great they and know that they can change the world. And we get to introduce this thing called "Cat Carolling." And it's awesome.
What's the best advice you've ever received?
My family always reminds me to be kind. To treat everyone like it's their birthday. To give everyone a corndog. Corndogs and cupcakes.
What was your favorite thing you learned this season?
In one episode I get to play the drums. And I really want to be an amazing drummer so getting to do that was so cool!
Has meeting all of these people given you any aspirations to be president when you grow up?
I don't know if I want to be president when I grow up. But if I did there will be more dancing. So much more dancing.
If you could appear on any other TV show, which would it be?
"Adventure Time"! I want to be animated.
Who is your dream interview?
Hugh Jackman. I want to interview Wolverine.
