Kiefer Sutherland's pilot offer is more bad news for 'Touch'

kiefer-sutherland-tca-jan-2012-gi.jpgIn another bad sign for FOX's all-but-dead drama "Touch," NBC has reportedly offered star Kiefer Sutherland a lead in the action pilot "The Black List."

According to EW, Sutherland would play one of the world's most wanted criminals who inexplicably offers to work with a brand new FBI agent and inform on all of his underworld associates.

The concept comes from "Taking Lives" screenwriter Jon Bokenkamp.

Although FOX has made no official decision on the future of "Touch," Season 2 of the show has been averaging a pitiful 3.15 million viewers and a 0.85 in the adults 18-49 demo on Friday nights. Even worse, the audience has been declining every week.

Those numbers are way below the already disappointing Season 1 averages: 7.55 million viewers and 2.2 in adults 18-49.
