Kiernan Shipka set as lead for Lifetime's 'Flowers in the Attic' adaptation

"Mad Men" star Kiernan Shipka will trade in her miserable Sally Draper existence for one even more screwed up as the lead in the film, Deadline reports.

The made-for-TV movie will tell the story of Corrine (to be played by Heather Graham), a recent widow who takes her four children to her parents' mansion after their father's death and puts them in one heck of a terrible situation. Their grandmother, Olivia, ( Ellen Burstyn) locks them in the attic, where Cathy (Shipka) and her oldest brother develop an unsettling relationship.

Mason Dye ("Secret Diary of an American Cheerleader" web series) has been cast as the brother in question.

Do you think Shipka is a good choice for Cathy?
