Kim Kardashian's first pregnancy photo shoot: At least I'm not on meth

kim-kardashian-du-jour-pregnancy-photo-shoot.jpg Kim Kardashian has posed for her first photo spread since announcing her pregnancy, in a profile for Du Jour magazine's March issue.

Above, Kim models some Hermes beach towels and below she dons a scarf by Epice and a bra top with twist by Karla Colletto, then a tropical skirt by Cia Maritima.

In the profile, Kim addresses her life in the public eye and how the pregnancy is going so far -- plus, she says she's leaving "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" after Season 9.

"When you live your life so publicly, like on a reality show, people assume that they know every side of you already. But they always want more," says Kardashian, of her life in the spotlight.

"Doing a TV show with your family, it's really hard to hide or be guarded," Kim continues. "Besides, we don't want to film a show if we can't be who we are, because that's just too much work."

As far as the pregnancy goes, she used to think being pregnant meant you could eat whatever you want, but Kim is finding out that is not the case.

"I used to always say I can't wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it's completely different. I'm like, 'OK, I want to eat as healthy as possible.'" says Kim. "Though lately I've been watching shows like 'I'm Pregnant and Addicted to Meth.' It definitely makes me feel better if I'm wanting one sip of Diet Coke or, you know, too much sugar. I'm like, 'This woman is on meth.'"
