Last week, her professional partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy fell during their dance. On Monday, Apr. 11's "Dancing With the Stars," Kirstie Alley's bad luck continued.

Halfway through the waltz, Alley's heel came off her foot and she had to pause the dance to put it back on as Maks improvised in the background.

Judge Carrie Ann Inaba called her, "The queen of the unexpected mishap," before adding, "Whose shoe comes off?" She also gave her props for not missing a beat. Len Goodman barely touched upon shoe-gate, calling the dance just "OK," saying everything needs to be improved. Bruno Tonioli thought she did "amazingly well." "In spite of what happened, you did a fantastic performance," he concluded.

The couple scored a respectable 22 despite their shoe problems, but Kirstie was visibly upset during her post-performance interview, asking, "Whose shoe falls off while they're dancing?! It's not right." She adds, "I'm supposed to be acting like a swan and I'm putting my shoe on!"

The shoe mishap wasn't the only problem for Kirstie: During rehearsal, she suffered a muscular hip injury, which frustrated her. "I'm not going to die from this," she said. "I'm just going to keep going."
