It's the latest Kardashian DNA drama: male model Michael Girgenti claims he is likely the biological father of Kourtney Kardashian's three-year-old son Mason, whose dad Kourtney says is her man, Scott Disick.

Girgenti posed with Kardashian at a steamy photoshoot for 944 magazine when she was broken up with Disick. But Girgenti claims the hot and heavy action with Kourtney continued after the modeling job. "We started kissing, making out and touching each other. We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom," Girgenti tells In Touch. He goes into detail in the magazine, on stands now, about their alleged escapade.

Coincidentally, Michael says he and Kourtney got it on exactly nine months before she gave birth to Mason. "After he was born and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder," Girgenti says. Now he's hoping Kardashian will submit the child to a DNA test.

That's going to be a hard sell though, as Kourtney's attorney claims Michael is making up the story. "Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti," the lawyer says.

Girgenti went public with his allegations soon after Mason was born. Now he's taking things a step further with the DNA request. If Girgenti is the true father, he's slept his way into a rather controversial gene pool. In a case of like mother, like daughter, Kourtney's mom Kris Jenner has been the subject of scrutiny over paternity doubts surrounding one of Kourtney's famous sisters, Khloe Kardashian. Kris was once offered $250,000 to prove Khloe's DNA.
