Kris Jenner: Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez weren't worth a million dollars for Kim Kardashian's wedding
The latest gossip sneaking out of Kamp Kardashian involves the music for the big bash. Reality TV Magazine reports that Kris Jenner, mother of the bride, initially wanted Christina Aguilera or Jennifer Lopez to perform at the reception. In the end, though, they didn't strike a deal -- because Jenner refused to pay $1 million (each) for the pop stars to entertain the guests.
Instead of Aguilera or Lopez, the guests danced to a D.J. and were serenaded by Earth, Wind, and Fire. Seriously.
The $1 million price tag may sound like a lot to us commoners, but when you factor in the $15 million that the Kardashian/Humphries fam made for allowing E! to film the wedding, not to mention the fact that they got everything from the custom Vera Wang gowns to the $15,000 cake for free... $1 million seems like chump change for someone of Aguilera's caliber.
