Almost a year after leaving the show, Kristen Wiig is talking about life after "Saturday Night Live." While at CinemaCon, Wiig tells "Access Hollywood" that leaving the show has been a major change.

"The show was seven years of my life and a six-day work week and you're constantly with your friends all day, all night," she says. According to Wiig, "You sort of live and breathe the show," adding, "Then, when it's over, you kind of feel a little lost ... it was definitely an adjustment -- even just the hours and [no longer] being in New York."

For Wiig, though, life moves on. The actress has several movies in the works, and is preparing to film her role in "Anchorman: The Legend Continues." She is excited to join the sequel to the 2004 Will Ferrell comedy, saying, "I hope I can get through the scenes without ruining it by laughing!"

Wiig also returns for "Despicable Me 2," which is in theaters July 3 and will star with Ben Stiller in "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty," which is scheduled for a Christmas Day (December 25) release.
