There is definitely no love lost between Kelly Osbourne and Lady Gaga. While Osbourne says she was once a fan of the singer, things took a turn in 2012 when Lady Gaga skipped the Grammy Awards red carpet.
Kelly said on her E! show, "Fashion Police," that the move was disrespectful to fans and journalists. Things were mostly quiet until Kelly spoke up in January, saying that Gaga's fans were particularly cruel to her, telling her she should kill herself due to her weight.
Gaga responded with a note on her own website, criticizing "Fashion Police" for being "rooted in criticism, judgement and rating people's beauty against one another."
Now Osbourne has the chance to expand on her opinion of Gaga, and she's doing just that in the July issue of Cosmopolitan. "I loved Lady Gaga. I totally believed in everything she stood for, until I realized she's a great big hypocrite," Kelly says, "Don't say, 'When you see bullying, intervene,' while letting your fans send me death threats."
Kelly also questions Gaga's commitment to the gay community, saying if she cares as much as she claims, "you'd stand up for it more than you do."
Gaga has been silent on the new interview so far. In fact, she has been largely quiet throughout the recovery from surgery, which forced the singer to cancel her tour.
