Lady Gaga rocked the "Today" show big-time Friday (July 9). She literally took over Rockefeller Plaza on a hot and humid morning for a huge crowd of an estimated 18,000 fans. And not even the rain could dampen her enthusiasm and their appreciation.

The singer started her set with the soothing classic Gershwin ballad, "Someone to Watch Over Me," wearing demure white pants, a bra and a white blazer. Then she got hot, ripping off her jacket and shimmying with her dance troupe for "Bad Romance."
