Things have gone from bad to worse for Lady Gaga fans. After the "Born This Way" singer was left with no choice but to postpone several concerts, she's now having to cancel the rest of her tour.

Gaga was originally diagnosed with synovitis, an inflammation in her joints, after she was unable to walk following a concert. She went to Twitter to explain that she had been hiding the pain from her crew for a while, but it finally became too much to bear. That injury lead to her postponing four shows, hoping to be back on the road by February 20, in Philadelphia.

The injury, it turns out, is worse than they thought. According to US Weekly, doctors say Gaga actually suffered a labral tear in her right hip, the muscle that holds the hip joint in place. She requires surgery, followed by time off to heal.

The remaining 21 dates of the tour have been cancelled, and fans will have the money they paid for tickets refunded. Thus far, Gaga has been silent on Twitter since announcing the original postponing of shows.
