'Life UneXpected': A look at the CW's new show

life-unexpected-290.jpg The CW has announced mid-season show "Life UneXpected" will debut on Monday, Jan. 18 -- 'til then, whet your appetite on these trailers.

"Life UneXpected" should breathe a little good ol' fashioned heart into the CW's lineup of gossipy vampires in Melrose.

It's the story of a teenage foster kid who tracks down her biological parents and so far, it looks decent. We're particularly excited about Shiri Appleby ("Roswell") and Kerr Smith ("Dawson's Creek") returning to prime-time.

We think the CW has to be confident in its new fare, if it's giving both "One Tree Hill" and "Gossip Girl" time off in order to slot "Life UneXpected" into its programming.

What do you guys think? Yay or nay? Will you give it a chance? Vote below!
