'Life Unexpected': Kris Polaha lets us in to his character's loft, explains the series

life-unexpected-trio-320.jpgNeed a reason to watch The CW's brand spankin' new series "Life Unexpected" (formerly known as "Life UneXpected"... which I personally liked as LUX is the title character's name, but whatever)?

Kristoffer Polaha is that reason.

Polaha, who plays Nate "Baze" Bazile -- the irresponsible baby daddy on the warm, smart, fun dramedy -- explains the basic premise of the show in the clip below: One night stand in high school leads to a baby who is given up for adoption and 15 or 16 years later, that baby comes looking for her birth parents...

He's fantastic on the series. I promise you will fall in love with him and a few of the other characters within minutes, so watch.

The first episode of "Life Unexpected" airs Monday, Jan. 18 at 9 p.m. on The CW
