Lil Wayne had quite the health scare last week, after suffering multiple seizures and spending several days in intensive care. But he has filmed this new video for TMZ to assure fans that he's A-OK.

"I just want to say thank you to all y'all for y'all prayers and your concerns and all that. I swear to God I felt that love when I was laid up in that motherf***in' hospital bed. I want all y'all to know that I'm good ... more than good."

"Also, my bum-a** album stil comin' out March 26 ... 'I'm Not a Human Being 2.' ,,, Also I'm still going on tour, America's Most Wanted. Some of my closest friends in the game [will be with me]."

His friend T.I. joins in the fun, adding, "I'm good, we good, it's all good."

They confirm the tour kicks off July 5, though an official announcement with dates and locations has not been made yet.

As he leaves, Wayne says, "Kiss my first. I'm more than good. But thank you for real. Thank you to all y'all out there for your prayers. I'm more than good. I swear to God, thank you."
