Lindsay Lohan hasn't thanked Charlie Sheen for giving her $100,000

lindsay-lohan-charlie-sheen-in-bed-scary-movie-5-weinstein-company.jpg Charlie Sheen paid off $100,000 of Lindsay Lohan's tax debt out of the goodness of his heart after the unlikely (or very, very likely) duo became friends on the set of "Scary Movie 5." And she hasn't thanked him for it!

Sure, $100,000 may seem like small change to someone who makes the kind of money that Sheen makes -- but it's still absolutely worthy of a thank-you note.  "I'm still waiting for a text to say 'thank you,'" Sheen told ET. "Anything, you know?"

Still, he wishes Lohan the best. "[She is] a very good and decent young lady that is just going through a lot," he says. "She just needs a little bit of time. People need to give her time to get her s*** together."

It appears that Lohan is too busy boybanding it up to express her gratitude -- she's currently on tour with The Wanted.
