Lindsay Lohan heading back to jail? Must be Wednesday.
Lohan, 24, was sentenced to four months in jail on Wednesday, May 11, after pleading no contest to stealing a necklace from a Los Angeles store back in January. Lohan did not appear in court and entered the plea through her lawyer.
In typical Lohan fashion, she'll most likely serve a fraction of her sentence at home due to jail overcrowding and other unspecified reasons. Of course.
In a statement, Lohan says, "I am glad to be able to put this past me and move on with my life and my career. I support the judge's decision and hold myself accountable for being in this situation."
Lohan was also ordered to serve 480 hours of community service, which she says she has already begun. She says she hopes to "fulfill my obligation without any press attention."
The troubled actress will also eventually serve janitorial duty at the L.A. County morgue. Lohan was ordered to surrender to the Lynwood Jail by June 17.
