Creator and executive producer Lorne Michaels has hinted that casting changes are coming soon for the NBC sketch comedy show coming off a rocky season.

"We put a lot of pressure on a lot of new people. It was a hard season," Michaels tells Deadline. "We're still in the middle of rebuilding. So, there will be changes this year."

After losing Kristin Wiig, Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, Andy Samberg, Jason Sudeikis and Seth Meyers, along with rumored departing cast member Nasim Pedrad, "SNL" is going to have to rely on its newer additions, and that's something that hasn't always worked in the most recent season.

Hopefully Michaels finds new blood in time for "SNL's" return this fall.
