Louis C.K. and Judd Apatow ask TMZ to take down Tracy Morgan crash video

louis-ck-judd-apatow-TMZ-tracy-morgan-getty.jpgFollowing the six-car accident that left comedian James McNair dead and several others, including "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan, in critical condition, TMZ got a hold of footage of the crash and posted it on the site, which isn't sitting well with several stars.

"Please don't go to TMZ to watch the video. Please ask them to take it down. @TMZ," writes Louis C.K., also linking to an Instagram note from Ardie Fuqua's daughter Krizya, asking for the video to be removed. Fuqua was one of the people injured in the accident and the video shows him being pulled unconscious from the wreckage at the crash site.

The "Louie" star isn't the only actor to be upset about the video. "Parenthood" star Dax Shepard writes on Twitter, ".@TMZ is our worst cultural offering. It's just a click below 'Ow My Balls'." and comedian Neal Brennan tweets, "Hey @TMZ be decent and take down the video of that crash."

Filmmaker Judd Apatow appeals directly to TMZ's founder Harvey Levin in his tweet. But so far, the crash video has not been removed from TMZ's site.
