Cast member Althea Eaton has filed a lawsuit against Joseline Hernandez (pictured), who was filmed punching Eaton in the face and dragging her to the ground, that accuses Hernandez of "smoking crack cocaine out of a pipe backstage during the show," according to TMZ. The lawsuit alleges that Hernandez was under the influence of the drugs when she attacked Eaton.

Eaton's lawsuit does not include the show or the network -- just Hernandez.

Paramedics were called to the the New York City set of the show's reunion taping in July when a massive fight broke out.
