Malin Akerman, the star of ABC's freshman comedy, "Trophy Wife," is getting a real-world divorce from her husband of six years, Roberto Zincone.

The divorce seems to be proceeding quietly and amicably, according to sources that spoke to Us Weekly. "It's as amicable as can be, and they want what's best for their son," one of the sources is quoted as saying. "No one has plans to file yet. Honestly, Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It's a very sad time for her."

Akerman and Zincone have one child, 7-month-old Sebastian.

This is a somewhat surprising move, considering that Akerman had talked about her happy marriage as recently as September, when she was doing promotional interviews for "Trophy Wife." No reasons have been given for the divorce.

Interestingly, this story sounds just about right for a plot on "Trophy Wife." In the show, Akerman plays the third wife of a lawyer (played by Bradley Whitford). His two previous wives -- plus the three kids from those marriages -- pop in and out constantly, providing a look at amicable (if irritating) post-divorce relationships.
