Marvel announces mystery movie dates through 2019

scarlett-johansson-black-widow-marvel.jpg Marvel Studios has released their upcoming film dates through 2019, but they are surrounded in mystery.

The studio announced today (July 18), films with their backing will come out on the following dates, July 28, 2017; November 3, 2017; July 6, 2018; November 2, 2018 and May 3, 2019.

No titles were attached to any of the dates, leading us to wonder what films they include. The "Black Widow" spinoff starring Scarlett Johansson as well as "Black Panther" are possibilities, as well as third installments of "Thor" and "The Avengers."

Scott Derrickson (Sinister) is set to direct "Doctor Strange," however, it has been slated for a 2016 release, so wouldn't fall into the mentioned dates.

Disney is getting ready to release Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy" on August 1, 2014, which is expected to be a giant box office draw.
