M.C. Hammer is on a Twitter tirade after being arrested in Dublin, Calif. for allegedly obstructing an officer. The "Please Hammer, Don't Hurt 'Em" rapper has quite a bit to say about the "chubby elvis looking dude" with the gun and the badge.

"While I was handing him my ID he reached in my car and tried to pull me out the car but forgot he was on a steady donut diet," Hammer writes. "It was comical to me until he pulled out his guns, blew his whistle and yelled for help (MallCop) !!! But make no mistake he's dangerous."

Dublin police tell CNN Hammer was spotted in a shopping center in a vehicle that did not belong to him, which also had expired registration. "After asking Hammer who the registered owner was he became very argumentative and refused to answer the officer's questions," says a spokesperson for the Dublin PD.

Hammer describes an interaction with the officer that did not start off well. "I rolled down the window and he said "Are you on parole or probation?," he tweets. "Only thing more dangerous than a scared man with a gun, is a scared man with an agenda, a gun and a badge."

Another of Hammer's tweets says, "Instead of being bitter, I'm taking the opportunity to make this a 'teachable moment' and 'eye opener' for my many friends & colleagues." He says he was on his way to San Quentin prison to talk to inmates. He also questions whether authorities injected him with a mysterious substance "under the guise of a 'Skin Test.'"

Hammer, born Stanley Kirk Burrell, was booked into Santa Rita Jail. A court date is scheduled next month and police have until then to decide on any charges. For now, Hammer gets the last word, tweeting "I will now answer his question, contrary to his personal beliefs, all people of color are not on parole or probation fat boy !!!"
