Meet Karlie Kloss, Daft Punk's new co-star in Vogue
Daft Punk and Karlie Kloss are cutting quite the figures in the latest issue of Vogue. Above, watch the behind-the-scenes video of their photoshoot.
During the shoot, the band was mobbed by adoring fans wanting to take pictures, but when they were out of their infamous costumes, Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo were completely unoticed -- "We consider what we do a Wizard of Oz situation. It's one guy behind a curtain pushing all the buttons," says Bangalter.
But what of the beautiful blonde gracing the magazine spread with the Paris band?
Kloss, 20, is from Chicago but is known worldwide. She's a Victoria's Secret Angel and was named one of the top 30 models of the 2000s by Vogue Paris. Kloss has done campaigns for Dior and John Galliano and has graced various Vogue covers in seven different countries.
Karlie was embroiled in a little bit of controversy last year when she appeared in the Victoria's Secret annual fashion show in a Native American headdress while sporting turquoise jewelry and a tiny bra and panty set. Victoria's Secret later apologized. There was also a rumor in 2010 that she was dating Leonardo DiCaprio, but nothing really came of it.
