Meet Mariah Yeater: Justin Bieber's alleged "baby mama" files paternity suit
Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old woman who has filed a paternity suit against Justin Bieber, alleging that he is the father of her 3-month-old son, is spilling all the details of their alleged backstage tryst.
And it's hilarious.
According to the New York Post, Yeater's court filings read: ""I had unprotected sex with Justin Bieber following a concert that I attended at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA on Oct. 25, 2010. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy."
She says that she went backstage after a concert and met Bieber, where he confessed to her that he was a virgin. She claims that he engaged in some dirty talk -- seriously, this is in the court papers -- and then they went into a bathroom and had "30 seconds" of sex on a "shelf."
She's demanding $12,000 per month in child support from the pop star, whose reps call her claims "malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false."
Bieber has been asked to appear in court in response on December 15, but he doesn't seem too worried. "So Im going to ignore the rumors . . . and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love y'all," he tweeted when the internet was abuzz with rumors.
By the way -- yes, that's Mariah, covered in plastic-wrap for a Facebook photo.
