Melissa Gorga is going to test that theory, as she and husband Joe have sold their Montville Township, N.J. mansion for nearly $4 million and have bought land in Franklin Lakes to build their "dream home."

The Gorgas tell US Weekly that Franklin Lakes is closer to where Joe works and that Montville Township just wasn't for them. The family will be renting a home in Franklin Lakes for the time being so that their children -- Antonia, 8, Gino, 5, and Joey, 3 -- can start school in their new district.

"I feel like this was meant to be. It happened just in time for the kids to start their first of day of school. It's going to be a lot of work designing and building the new home, but Joe is an incredible builder and I'm excited to go back to where we started our family," says Melissa, star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" since Season 3.

Joe, who is a building contractor, adds, "I can't wait to begin building another dream home for my family."
