"Melissa was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where she is currently being examined," the former "Bachelor" contestant's rep confirmed. "She was accompanied to the hospital by her husband, Tye Strickland, and her dance partner, Tony Dovolani. Everyone is taking all necessary precautions at this time."

Rycroft, one of the eight remaining celebrity contestants vying for Season 15's mirror-ball trophy, reportedly fell while rehearsing a group number for Monday night's show.

"Really concerned about @MelissaRycroft," Dovolani tweeted Sunday evening. "We don't know if we are dancing tomorrow !!!!! Please keep us in your prayers."
