Michael Clarke Duncan's sister wants Omarosa Manigault investigated over will

Specifically, Judy wants to know whether Michael's fiancee, Omarosa Manigault, unduly influenced him into changing his will and leaving nearly everything to her.

The actor's sister says Michael's will was revised in April 2012, when Omarosa was made the primary beneficiary. Judy believes he was not of sound mind when he made the revisions -- he had been slurring his words and stumbling since as early as December 2011.

Judy also says that during Duncan's time on life support in the summer of 2012, Omarosa was very concerned with Duncan's money. Judy further maintains that Omarosa has sold some of Duncan's personal effects without the family's knowledge.

Omarosa denies any wrongdoing, telling TMZ, "I don't control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it. If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime."
