Mila Kunis' alleged stalker detained and then freed

mila-kunis-getty.jpg Mila Kunis had a scare on her way to the gym Friday (May 4), as a homeless man followed her and was later detained by law enforcement. TMZ reports that he has a history of incidences with the "That '70s Show" actress.

The man is currently being investigated by authorities, but apparently there wasn't enough evidence to arrest him following Friday's incident. Though he was freed, police say he could be arrested once the investigation is complete.

Kunis reportedly hid from the man -- who law enforcement says is a stalker -- in her car on Friday until police arrived.

Do you think stalking laws should be more harsh?
