'Mirror Mirror' trailer makes us hate fairytales

Mirror-Mirror.jpgWhen the trailer for the first of the two upcoming Snow White movies, "Snow White and the Huntsman" was released, the buzz was pretty fantastic. From the melting magic mirror to Kristen Stewart's armor, the first reviews to hit the net were very positive.

Not so with the second offering from director Tarsem Singh, "Mirror Mirror." Starring Julia Roberts as a kind of dopey, supposed-to-be-funny Evil Queen, a dippy sounding Lilly Collins as Snow White and the normally great Armie Hammer as the Prince, this film is obviously meant for kids. But even the small set aren't going to like anything more than the costumes.

Yes, this film has pretty dresses galore, but it's also got Nathan Lane camping it up (but without any funny lines) and Roberts attempting and failing at a British accent. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

"Mirror Mirror" opens on March 16, 2012. "Snow White and the Huntsman" opens on June 1, 2012.
