reese-0505.jpgWe already know who will be walking away with one an MTV Movie Award Sunday (June 5) evening. Reese Witherspoon, who began her movie career 20 years ago, is set to receive this year's Generation Award which is kind of like the MTV Movie Awards' equivalent of an Lifetime Achievement Oscar.

At 35, Witherspoon is the youngest recipient. Previous winners include Tom Cruise, Jim Carrey, Mike Myers, Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller. At the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, winner Sandra Bullock accepted the award in one of her first public appearances following the break-up of her marriage to Jesse James and, just for kicks, kissed presenter Scarlett Johansson on stage.

"Water For Elephants" co-star Robert Pattinson is set to present Witherspoon with her award. Witherspoon won the Best Actress honor for her performance in 2005's "Walk the Line."
