The 32-year-old reportedly collapsed on set while shooting the upcoming season in Panama and was airlifted to a New York hospital, where Brown received two emergency surgeries.

Us reports Brown was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. The MTV star was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the age of 22 and beat it with chemotherapy, only to have it return. But things were looking up by Feb. 2013, as Brown announced she was once again cancer free.

Brown first appeared on "The Challenge" during the 2006 "Fresh Meat" season and quickly became a favorite among fans. Since her time on the show, she has created the website MedGift, a site offering support to cancer survivors.
