In game 1 of the 2014 NBA Finals, the San Antonio Spurs beat the Miami Heat with a score of 110 to 95. The heat was definitely on throughout the game too -- the AT&T Center in San Antonio had its air conditioning system fail during the contest.

It was a close game, with Miami and San Antonio keeping their scores within a few points of each other throughout most of the fourth quarter. But in the end, it was the Spurs -- helped by three 3-pointers in just a few minutes by Danny Green -- that took the game. Those 3-pointers were part of a run in the final quarter that saw San Antonio dominate Miami.

Over the course of the game, the highest scorers were LeBron James for Miami -- 25 points -- and Tim Duncan for San Antonio -- 19 points.

Game 2 of the series will air Sunday, June 8 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on ABC.
