do-no-harm-nbc.jpgNBC has announced the series finale date for "30 Rock," which will air on the same night as the premiere of the network's new drama "Do No Harm."

The hour-long "30 Rock" finale will air at 8 p.m. ET Thursday, Jan. 31, the network says. That night will also bring the debut of "Do No Harm," which stars Steven Pasquale ("Rescue Me") as a surgeon with a dangerous alter ego, a la "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde."

"Do No Harm" is taking over the 10 p.m. Thursday spot from "Rock Center with Brian Williams," which will move to Friday nights starting Feb. 8. That move bumps "Dateline" back to 9 p.m. Fridays -- which in turn will bump "Grimm" from the schedule for a while.

"Grimm," which has been a solid ratings performer for NBC on Fridays, will take four weeks off in February and early March. It's set to return on March 8.
