Apologies for that headline, but we that is the most accurate way to describe what you're about to see.

Actor Max Greenfield, who won our hearts as "Veronica Mars'" ever-cheery Deputy Leo and now plays the douche-tastic Schmidt on FOX's newest hit comedy, "New Girl," has reached a new peak in awesomeness.

On some downtime from shooting an upcoming episode, Greenfield made good use of his iSight camera to do what every good comedy actor should do: he lip-synced to a Rihanna song. While wearing an alarmingly convincing fat suit. And then he took the natural next step to elevate his performance and went into the Hollywood hills to give fans the true cinematic experience that the song inspires.

Just watch the video. You will be forever moved.

For the record, Greenfield doesn't just keep a fat suit on hand for when the urge strikes him. Or maybe he does. But in this particular instance, he was wearing the costume for a flashback scene to Schmidt's hefty days. "New Girl" returns to FOX on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 9 p.m. We don't have to tell you to be there, right?
