New Kate Middleton nude (bottomless) pictures released by Danish magazine Se og Hor

kate-middleton-topless-bottomless-pictures-se-og-hor.jpg Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is having quite a month. Two weeks ago, French magazine Closer released a set of pictures of Kate sunbathing topless on the balcony of a private residence in the south of France.

Now Danish gossip magazine Se og Hør (which translates to "See and Hear") has released a second set of paparazzi pictures that feature Kate baring it all (albeit in a fairly blurry way, via Egotastic). We don't yet know if these were also taken at the home in France or if they are from somewhere else.

But the magazine did get shots of Kate both topless and bottomless. Hey, some people don't like tanlines.

We wonder if the Royal family will also take legal action against the Danish magazine.

UPDATE: The Danish gossip magazine has spoken with CNN to deny that these photos are new. They are from the same nude sunbathing incident in France and were first published Sept. 20. They are not a new set of pictures.

Kim Henningsen, editor-in-chief of Se og Hør, tells CNN of the pictures, "It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them. If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we'll deal with it."
