Octomom Nadya Suleman investigated for child neglect
Photos obtained by TMZ show graffiti-covered walls, piles of laundry and children wearing only shirts. The hairdresser, who gave Suleman a $500 Brazilian blow out, says the children need help. She said the house's plumbing is backed up, that there are unsanitary portable toilets in the back yard and that some kids were locked in a room without any adult supervision.
"The kids are in desperate need of help," she tells TMZ. "I tried to help, but she's not open to anybody helping her. She thinks everything is fine with the kids, and it's not."
However, authorities visited and gave Suleman the all clear.
"They reported they did not observe any cause or reason to prompt us to take any action at this time," says Sgt. Jeff Baylos of the La Habra Police Department. "We found no criminal intent."
