Octomom seeks to trademark her name ... as if anyone else wants it

Nadya_suleman_octomom_240 Nadya Suleman is really owning the Octomom image ... or at least she wants to legally.

The mother of 14 applied Friday to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in order to commercially use her nickname, according to documents on TheSmokingGun.com.

Apparently Suleman was driven to such lengths after hearing that someone in Texas had tried to trademark the word "Octomom" before her. Who is this Texan?

If Suleman gets her wish, a slew of Octmom-branded products ranging from dresses to disposable diapers will be unleashed upon the world.

Please, no.
