oltl-gh.jpg "One Life to Live" will end its 44-year run on ABC on Friday (Jan. 13), but for some of the show's actors, there is in fact life after Llanview, Pa.

On Wednesday, ABC announced that four "OLTL" actors -- Kassie DePaiva, Roger Howarth, Michael Easton and Kristen Alderson -- will reprise their characters as part of a new storyline for "General Hospital," the network's last remaining daytime soap.

"We have a very exciting story planned for the citizens of Port Charles, with Sonny Corinthos at the center of it!" says "General Hospital" executive producer Frank Valentini in a press release. "Incorporating characters from 'One Life to Live' [will] continue the legacy of the show as we weave them into 'General Hospital.'"

On Monday (Jan. 16) ABC's latest entry in the talk genre, "The Revolution," will debut in "OLTL's" time slot.

"We can't replace that show," co-host Ty Pennington told a 'One Life to Live' fan at a recent Television Critics Association event, "but what we offer is something different."
