A recording of a 911 call following Paris Jackson's suicide attempt confirms some previously reported details in the case.

In the recording released to TMZ, a 911 operator connects to the Los Angeles County Fire Department to report a "female OD'd on 20 Motrin and cut her arm with a kitchen knife."

As the two emergency personnel coordinate the response to the Jackson family home in the Calabasas neighborhood of Los Angeles, the fire dispatcher asks, "She is awake and breathing, correct?" The 911 operator seems to confirm with someone else before responding, "Yes."

Paris was rushed to a nearby hospital after the 911 call was placed around 1:30 am on June 5. Intital reports suggested a possible overdose. It was later revealed Jackson used a meat cleaver to cut herself, and left a suicide note. She was placed under a 72-hour psychiatric hold, and was later transferred to the same hospital where her father, the late Michael Jackson, was declared dead.
