Paris Jackson: Michael Jackson's voice not used on 'Michael' album - report

paris-jackson-getty.jpgSome weird news coming out of the Jackson family Tuesday morning (Feb. 29). TMZ is reporting that Paris Jackson, daughter of the late Michael Jackson, told her friends during an online video chat that the album "Michael," which was released posthumously in December 2010, does not contain her father's voice, but rather a sound-alike singer.

In the video, Paris allegedly tells her friends that Jason Malachi is the voice on the album. But both Malachi and Sony Records deny the claims. But Paris supposedly says in the video that, for example, "Hold My Hand" is not her father's voice. "I should know if it's him or not because he would sing to me all the time," she reportedly says.

TMZ says a recording of the video chat is being shopped around to various media outlets and that "offers are on the table" for the footage.

We wonder who's shopping the footage around? Hmm. We'll keep you posted on any developments.
