Paris Jackson rushed to hospital after suicide attempt, but doing OK
TMZ reports that Michael Jackson's daughter was taken out of her family home in Calabasas on a stretcher around 2 a.m. local time Wednesday and taken in an ambulance to a nearby hospital. The 911 call came in just before 1:30 a.m., with the caller reporting a possible overdose, while a source connected with the 911 response says there was cutting involved.
TMZ is told that Paris is doing OK.
UPDATE: A source close to Paris tells TMZ that she has tried this before, but this attempt was "far more serious. It was not a cry for help."
Jackson was busy tweeting before the ambulance call that night, writing the lyrics to the Beatles song "Yesterday," Zee Avi's song "Concrete Wall" and the cryptic sentence "I wonder why tears are salty?"
Jackson recently seemed to be doing well in her every day life, having reconnected with her mom Debbie Rowe on her birthday and making the high school cheerleading team.
