Pauley Perrette's ex-husband Francis 'Coyote' Shivers facing jail time
Pauley Perrette's ex-husband, musician Francis "Coyote" Shivers, is lashing out at the "NCIS" star. Though the couple divorced in 2006, Shivers has been charged with violating Perrette's restraining order, and could get up to a year of jail time when he is sentenced March 27.
TMZ reports that Shivers showed up at a sushi restaurant in Hollywood where Perrette and her fiancé Thomas Arklie were having dinner back in April 2012. This happened when he was already on probation for sending Perrette's lawyer harassing e-mails. Shivers was convicted in February 2013 for the crime.
Now Shivers could face real jail time for the crime, and sources close to Perrette tell The New York Post that this all could be one big revenge tactic done by Perrette. She "possibly uses restraining orders as a method of harassment," one friend says. Shivers says in court papers that Perrette wrote a screenplay called "Star Crazy" that follows a woman getting revenge on an ex. As Shivers explains it, the woman's plan is to "stalk him," "schmooze police" and "get restraining order."
"For years, I've been saying that this was going to happen -- in court documents, in police reports," Shivers tells The Post. "And, finally, it has."
