If you're a Pearl Jam fan, get ready for a week of celebrating the band's new album on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon." From October 21-25, the show will celebrate "Pearl Jam Week," with musical guests playing the band's biggest songs, before they take the stage themselves.
On Monday, Soundgarden's Chris Cornell will join the Avett Brothers for a performance of "Footsteps." After that, Fleet Foxes member Robin Pecknold will appear Tuesday with special guests for "Corduroy." Then, Wednesday, country singer Dierks Bentley will rock an unnamed song with The Roots and Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready.
That's all build up for the main event, as Pearl Jam performs both Thursday and Friday in their only televised gigs to promote the new album, "Lightning Bolt." This isn't the first time the band has played the "Late Night" stage, as they also did a two-night stand on the show in 2011.
