"Person of Interest" is heading into the trial of the century in the Season 3 finale, "Deus Ex Machina."

In the above Zap2it exclusive clip, Collier sets up the trial as he brings the press in, makes sure the live stream is set up and reads the list of crimes Finch, Greer, Control and the rest of the defendants have committed. He is ready for vengeance, which means Finch could be in some serious danger.

Leslie Odom, the actor who plays Collier, tells Zap2it, "The courtroom is a playground tonight. We really, really had a ball going after each other. ... It felt like an arena, bringing all of these characters together. Tonight we'll see the final collision between all the entities vying for control of the Machine."

The synopsis for "Deus Ex Machina" reads: "The team takes desperate action in its race to prevent the malevolent AI program Samaritan from coming online and making them its first targets. Meanwhile, the months-long battle with the anti-surveillance terrorist group Vigilance comes to a shocking conclusion."

"Person of Interest's" Season 3 finale airs Tuesday, May 13 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
