Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated anniversary early in anticipation of being apart
Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge spent their second wedding anniversary apart on Monday (April 29), as the Prince's Royal Air Force duty had him at his post in Wales. Kate kept herself busy, though.
The Duchess met local school children while on a visit to the Naomi House Children's Hospice in Winchester, Hampshire, England (pictured above).
Other than that? Well, a spokesperson for St. James Palace says, "I'm afraid we're not giving any details on their anniversary plans."
But US Weekly is reporting that the two celebrated early in anticipation of being apart on the actual day. A source says the two had a romantic dinner on Friday (April 26), and a second source says the couple exchanged "appropriate gifts" for the paper anniversary.
We like to imagine Wills gave Kate paper dolls of herself, as a gag gift.
