Even the Queen of England can't resist the draw of "Game of Thrones." During her three-day tour of Northern Ireland, 88-year-old Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Philip took a tour of the HBO series' Belfast set in the Titanic Quarter, and were greeted by the showrunners, cast and production staff in locations like the Iron Throne room.

Of course, fans were disappointed that the queen came so far but didn't take the opportunity to sit on the Iron Throne. Maybe she wanted to resist the curse the throne seems to have on the monarchs that sit on it, or maybe she really isn't that big of a fan. Either way, we know we wouldn't have been able to resist.

The cast in attendance were Kit Harington (Jon Snow), Conleth Hill (Lord Varys), Rose Leslie (Ygritte), Maisie Williams (Arya Stark), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and Lena Heady (Cersei Lannister), while showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss walked the Queen around the set. In addition to seeing the Iron Throne, the queen and Prince Philip also viewed some props and costumes.
