Rachelle Lefevre goes 'Off the Map,' two join 'Walking Dead'

Two more have joined the ranks of "The Walking Dead." AMC's fall series has added Michael Rooker ("Jumper") and Norman Reedus ("The Boondock Saints") to its cast. [ AMC]

Katie Couric may not be long for CBS: The network has discussed buying out her contract, which ends next year, and she may be exploring options for when the deal is up next year. [ New York magazine]

Former ABC Studios executive Francie Calfo is the new head of Imagine TV, the producer of "Parenthood" and "Friday Night Lights." She takes over for David Nevins, who left to run Showtime. [ The Wrap]

MTV is the first network ever to earn an "excellent" rating from GLAAD in its just-released fourth annual Network Responsibility Index (NRI). And the CW had the top score among broadcast networks. [ The Wrap]
