CBS drama "Chaos" lost just less than a million viewers in its second episode on this relatively slow night when most networks experienced a bit of a drop. The CW, in anticipation of its series finale, re-aired the "Smallville" pilot episode from 2001, which  did slightly better than any other rerun might.

CBS topped the night with an average 8.4 million viewers and 5.4 rating/9 share in households. NBC came in second (5.6 million,3.8/7), with ABC in third (4.73 million, 3.8/5), FOX in fourth (2.3 million, 1.5/3) and the CW pulling up the back (1.7 million, 1.1/2).
ABC won the 18-49 demo with a 1.4, followed by CBS and NBC, both with a 1.3. Fox came in with 0.9, followed by The CW's 0.7.
